How often are parcels shipped out from our warehouse?
We ships out all parcels everyday, excluding weekends & public holidays. All payments that have been made will be mailed out the next working day.
What if I receive a damaged item?
We hope this doesn’t happen to you, but if it does (our apologies in advance) contact us right away at iamclothing2020@gmail.com and we will get it taken care of for you!
I was not in Singapore when I received the item?
For customers who were overseas during the first 7 days, upon receiving your parcel, and wish to return your item(s), please produce the necessary documents to support your return request. (E.g Scan copy of your travel declaration, with full details)
How do I make an exchange?
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with any changes you need. To request to cancel your order, please contact us at iamclothing2020@gmail.com as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number in this request. We’ll do the best we can to help you cancel before it ships, however we do process orders fast, and once your order ships we cannot cancel it at that time.
How do I return my items to IAM?
All return mails MUST be sent back to us via a trackable delivery mode within the next 7 days of approval. (e.g. Singpost’ Registered mail/Singpost’ Smartpac delivery with tracking), etc. Do note that IAM will not be responsible for any lost mails.
What if my package is lost?
If your package gets lost in transit, please send us an email right away at iamclothing2020@gmail.com or give us a call during our business hours at +65 9228 4649. We will file a claim and do what we can to take care of it as quickly as possible. *Please note: If a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages.
I have made a few order transactions consecutively. Can i combine the postage charges & get a refund for the excess?
We’re sorry but we do not refund any postage charges if you have ordered consecutively. In order to avoid being charged extra, please ensure that your final order is accurate before proceeding to payment.
Measurements Variance
Do note that the measurements stated may vary by 0.5″ to 1.0″ in our given measurements, as all items are mass produced. In such cases, the variance will not be considered as a defect and the request for return(s) will not be accepted.
Printed Apparels/Products
For printed items, do allow for a slight variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement. Thus, requests for exchange/return due to such reasons will be rejected.
Coloured Products
Colors shown on screen may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications and resolutions. As such, colors may appear differently from what is shown on site. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for return due to such reasons will be rejected.
